Return Policy
At What To Do SA, each item is made with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sawhattodo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once we have reviewed and confirmed the problem, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- In the case of a confirmed defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- All custom or personalized items are final sale.
- Non-damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
